01 Do I need a Computer Science or IT degree before I can join?+
No.One of the biggest misconceptions about CISA is that it’s only for IT graduates. The minimum entry requirement is O’Level, making it suitable for beginners and career changers willing to learn.
02 I work full-time. Can I still take the program?+
Yes.The classes are held on weekends, are live and interactive, and every session is recorded so you can catch up whenever necessary.
03 Will you help me get a job after the program?+
While we cannot guarantee employment, we don’t stop supporting you after training. You’ll receive career mentorship, guidance on positioning yourself for opportunities, and access to our alumni community where relevant opportunities are regularly shared.
04 What’s the difference between the Basic, Standard and Premium plans?+
Each plan is designed for different learning needs and budgets. The higher-tier plans include additional support such as live participation, mentorship, revision sessions, mock exams, group discussions, peer-to-peer learning and other learning benefits. Our admissions team will help you choose the option that best fits your goals.
05 How is the CISA exam structured and what score do I need to pass?+
The CISA certification exam is administered by ISACA and consists of multiple-choice questions designed to test your practical knowledge of Information Systems Audit, Governance, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, and related domains. The passing score is 450 out of 800, and our structured training, live weekend classes, practical learning resources, and experienced tutors are designed to prepare you with the knowledge and confidence you need to perform at your best on exam day.
06 How much do the materials and exam cost?+
The cost of the materials and exam is $643. This is separate from your chosen tuition plan and covers your study materials and the official ISACA exam registration.
07 What happens if I don’t pass on my first attempt?+
If you don’t pass your first attempt, there is a retake fee of $75. Our mentors will continue to support your revision so you go into the retake as prepared as possible.
08 Can I pay in installments?+
Yes.We accept installment payment for both tuition and exam registration, so you can spread the cost and join the cohort without paying everything upfront. Our admissions team will walk you through the available payment options.
