Refund Policy
At IOT ACADEMY we are committed to providing high-quality services & products to our students. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
- Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- You have made a payment for a product/service that has not been delivered as promised.
- You have made a duplicate payment by error.
- You have made a payment but request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase, and no service has been rendered yet.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued for services/products that have already been delivered, used, or accessed, unless otherwise stated in this policy. However, we may defer your enrollment to the next diet/cohort if you notify us after 7 days, but not later than 14 days.
- Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following are non-refundable:
- Administrative or processing fees.
- Customized services that have been partially or fully delivered.
- Fees paid for access to digital content, including live classes, recorded sessions, or premium materials, after access has been granted.
- Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, kindly chat us on WhatsApp at +2347044576011 with:
- Your full name.
- Date of payment.
- Proof of payment (e.g., receipt or transaction reference).
- Reason for the refund request.
Refund requests will be reviewed, approved and processed within 15-20 business days, using the original payment method.
- Refund Method
Refunds will be made via the original payment method. For example, if payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be made to the same bank account.
- Refund on Apps
Please note that for payments made through our mobile apps, students must request refunds directly from their respective app stores.
